From January to March 2025, Xuzhou Customs issued 29 certificates of origin for the company and accepted 208 customs declarations, with a year-on-year increase of 21.63% in the value of goods. The products were sold to 25 countries and regions such as Peru, Pakistan and the Philippines.

By directly translating the policy dividend into the international competitiveness of enterprises, with the precise help of Xuzhou Customs, a group of three-wheeled motorcycles exported by Jiangsu Zongshen Automobile to Peru enjoyed 39,600 yuan tariff reduction with the certificate of origin under China-Peru Free Trade Agreement, which was equivalent to a 6% reduction in cost.

"The tariff has been reduced from 6 percent to zero, effectively reducing the cost of enterprises," said Xing Hongyan, vice president of Huaihai Holding Group and general manager of Huaihai Cross-border E-commerce Company.

Data demonstrates the effectiveness of service initiatives. From January to March this year, Xuzhou Customs issued 3,892 certificates of origin, marking an 8.26% year-on-year increase in total volume and a 30.47% surge in value (approximately 2.49 billion yuan). To ensure comprehensive policy implementation, customs authorities established a "one-to-one" online Q&A platform through WeChat groups with enterprises. This initiative guarantees full coverage of policy promotion and ensures businesses can fully benefit from preferential policies, enabling "Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing" to enter global markets with lower costs and higher efficiency.
